Autum Season (September- November)
The autum months are the time of the harvesting season with the hours of daylight and the hours of night are the same. Fitness/ Experience

Day 7 : Trek to Syangboche by cycle (3800m) 7-8hrs.


Day 8 : Trek to Ghami by cycle (3520m) 6-7hrs:


Day 9 : Trek to Charang (3560m) via Ghar Gompa by cycle (3950m) 7hrs.


Day 10 : Trek to Lo-Manthang by cycle (3810m) 5hrs.
