Pokhara city is an outstanding city with natural beauty that rests under the shadow of the Himalayas. Pokhara is Nepal’s second largest city in Nepal and is one of the pleasing tourist destinations. It is also the starting point for most of the treks in the Annapurna region, including the famous Annapurna Base Camp Trek. The World Peace Pagoda is a stunning Pagoda which stands out the top of the hill on the southern border of Phewa Lake. The dome-shaped pagoda has four images of the Buddha facing the four directions.
